Magnificent Mountains is the epic journey of one man and thirty days of cycling in the Alps, Pyrenees and Dolomites. The object was to conquer 100.000 metres of ascent, an average of 4000 a day, and ride no less than 200 km a day to raise money for the VVOC, an organisation for parents of premature babies. All donations will be used to publish a book in which parents speak about their experiences with premature babies.
